Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, I offer gift vouchers that can be purchased for any monetary value or specific service.

Do you offer walk in appointments?

Currently not, appointments needs to be made 24 hours prior to arranged time.

What is the salon`s deposit policy?

All my appointments are very important to me. This is time I’ve set aside just for you, and I don’t want anyone to miss the opportunity to receive services. Prior to your appointment, I require a deposit of 25% of the service amount.

This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within [24] hours of the appointment time or in the case of a no-show. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. This policy is in place to ensure that I can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all my clients.

 

 

What is the salon`s cancellation policy?

To ensure optimal service and availability for all my clients, I kindly request all clients to provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations.

Cancellations received with at least 24 hours notice of the treatment will receive a full refund of the deposit. 

Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice of the treatment are not eligible for any refund of deposit. 

What happens if my appointment gets cancelled?

In the event that I need to cancel your appointment without giving 24-hour notice, I will provide you with 50% of your service amount for the no shows as a credit towards your next appointment.  I will do my best to make sure that you don’t miss the opportunity for your expectation
